While we enjoy the support of all major suppliers (and hold "preferred agent" status with Qantas) we have no airline or hotel affiliations, targets or quotas. We use our product knowledge and expertise to get the best deal for our client and treat your money as carefully as our own! We also understand that preferences and loyalties run deep with corporate travellers and will respect those loyalties at all times.
We can assist you by developing a company travel policy, helping you implement and manage it, and providing regular reports and summaries of your travel expenditure in a form free of travel jargon.
Many airlines and credit card companies offer points and financial rebate schemes to add value to travel already purchased. Ask us whether there is a program that will suit your company and/or your travellers.
We provide every service you would expect to receive at a travel agency - and then some! We aim to provide a 'one stop shop' for all your travel and associated needs. We are fully automated and connected to the Galileo central reservation system, the most sophisticated system available in the world. Galileo gives us access to over 500 airlines and immediate confirmation of bookings.
We have close relationships with most major suppliers, including "preferred agent" status with Skywest, Qantas, Emirates, Singapore Airlines and Malaysian Airlines. When you have a problem and we know about it, we can usually fix it. Since we always act for the client, our preferred suppliers are those most likely to respond flexibly when a client needs assistance.
Our fully automated system provides accounts which are simple and accurate, providing easy cross-checking for your accounting staff. We provide an invoice for each transaction at the time tickets are issued. Each invoice is referenced to the individual trip file. Statements are prepared monthly and are cross-referenced to invoices. We have a staff member solely responsible for accounts and administration, meaning our clients get fast and focused assistance with non-travel related queries and requests.
We accept all major credit cards, provided that we are informed of your wish to pay by card prior to ticket issue. Many companies are now using corporate credit cards for their travel payments - we can facilitate your application for corporate cards if you wish.
Alternatively our normal invoicing and payment system will apply. Our credit terms are fourteen days from date of invoicing unless otherwise agreed.
You can always contact us, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, in the event of an emergency. Just call our normal office number and one of our senior people will answer. We have remote access to our computer systems and can assist almost immediately with emergency requests. If needs dictate, we will open the office to fix your problem. This service has been proven to be particularly valuable to overseas travellers and our interstate clients.
Every traveller is presented with a detailed itinerary in an easy to read format. Every hotel reservation anywhere in the world is reconfirmed in writing prior to your arrival as a double check on your reservation.
All e-tickets and accounting documents are emailed as soon as they are issued. Where documents need to be delivered we use our own in-house courier where possible, or Express Post services which deliver next business day to CBD locations.
